Exclusions

  • Travel Fares: Airfare, train tickets, or any transportation costs to reach or depart from Varanasi.

  • Unlisted Meals: Any food, snacks, or beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) not explicitly mentioned in the package inclusions.

  • Entry & Camera Fees: Tickets for monuments and museums, as well as any fees charged for carrying cameras or video equipment.

  • Rituals & VIP Access: Costs for personal pujas, VIP Darshan tickets (e.g., at Kashi Vishwanath Temple), and offerings like flowers, prasad, or diyas.

  • Personal Expenses: Laundry, room service, telephone bills, souvenirs, and porter charges at hotels or transit stations.

  • Gratuities: Tips for local guides, drivers, boatmen, and hotel staff.

  • Optional Activities: Extra boat rides on the Ganges or sightseeing tours outside the planned itinerary.

  • Travel Insurance: Medical, luggage, or trip cancellation insurance.

  • Unforeseen Costs: Extra expenses caused by weather disruptions, strikes, or delays/cancellations of flights and trains.

  • Others: Any item, service, or activity not specifically listed under the "Inclusions" section.

Terms & Conditions 

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy

    We understand that plans can change. However, due to the high-demand nature of our premium vendor partners and customized logistics, our refund policy is strictly tiered:

    • 30+ Days Prior to Arrival: The initial deposit is retained. Any additional funds paid toward the total package cost will be refunded in full.

    • 15 to 29 Days Prior to Arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total itinerary cost will apply.

    • Under 15 Days Prior to Arrival: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date.

    • Third-Party Non-Refundables: Regardless of the cancellation timeline, any costs incurred by Wandermate Varanasi for non-refundable third-party services (e.g., specific luxury hotel bookings, chartered transport, exclusive event tickets) will be deducted from any eligible refund.

    • Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.

  • Payment Terms & Conditions

    • Booking Advance: A minimum deposit of [Insert Percentage, e.g., 30%] of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking and secure hotel reservations.

    • Balance Payment: The remaining balance of [Insert Percentage, e.g., 70%] must be fully cleared at least [Insert Number, e.g., 7 to 15] days prior to your arrival date in Varanasi.

    • Last-Minute Bookings: For tours booked within [Insert Number, e.g., 7] days of the travel date, 100% of the payment is required upfront to confirm the arrangements.

    • Accepted Payment Modes: We accept payments via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, major credit/debit cards, and secure online payment gateways.

    • Taxes: Please note that a [Insert Percentage, e.g., 5%] GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be applicable on the total package cost.

    • Transaction Fees: Any additional surcharge levied by banks or credit card companies during the payment process will be borne by the customer.

    • Price Fluctuations: Package prices are subject to change without prior notice due to sudden hikes in fuel prices, government taxes, or seasonal hotel rate changes prior to your final booking confirmation.

  •  Itinerary Modifications

    • Modifications by the Client: Requests to alter your itinerary (e.g., adding an overnight stay or upgrading room categories) will be accommodated whenever possible. The client is responsible for any additional costs incurred by these changes.

    • Modifications by Wandermate Varanasi: While we strive to deliver exactly what is promised, local conditions (e.g., extreme weather, VIP movements in Varanasi, unforeseen closures) may necessitate adjustments. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary to ensure your safety and the quality of your experience, substituting activities or accommodations with alternatives of an equal or greater premium standard.

    Force Majeure

    • Unforeseen Events: Wandermate Varanasi shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure to execute an itinerary, process a refund, or fulfill our obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or civil unrest.

    Client Conduct and Liability

    • Conduct: We curate elite experiences that require mutual respect. We reserve the right to terminate our services immediately, without a refund, if a client's behavior is disruptive, illegal, or compromises the safety of our staff, partners, or other guests.

    • Personal Property: Wandermate Varanasi is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, luggage, or valuables during the trip.

    • Health and Safety: Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically capable of participating in their chosen activities. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies and trip cancellations.

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    • Legal Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms, our platform, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
